Impression Video • The format

Showcase your professional presence! Provide a brief but emotionally impactful insight into your experience as an exhibitor at the trade fair. How did we look? What was on display? What was happening at the booth? All accompanied by music – a real eye-catcher.

You will receive the finished video within one week of the trade fair event. The final film will be approximately 90 seconds long. You will receive a file via download link (MP4, Full HD, 1920 px x 1080 px). The video is suitable for uploading to your company website as well as YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. All media are licensed. Your company is granted worldwide and unlimited rights of use. All media remain my property. This means I have the right to use the recordings for my own advertising purposes.

 

All you need to provide

• Filming location (hall/booth)

• Your company logo as a high-resolution PNG file (at least 1920 px x 1080 px)

• Details of a claim and the font to be used (optional)

• Details of CD colors as hex code

• Link to your company website and/or social media channels

• Approximately 5 minutes of your time on site – that’s all.

Impression Video • The process on site

I will visit you at your trade fair booth at the agreed time. I will briefly go through the process for the desired recordings with your employee in advance. After the brief briefing, filming will begin as follows:

B-roll

I will film general shots of your booth, a product overview, networking scenes, special features (such as DJs, foosball table, etc. – if available), visitors, employees, etc., and general impressions.

• Short B-roll sequences edited together with music

• Closing: Simple animation of the company logo incorporating the website and social media channels

• Music: The video is accompanied by licensed music and contains no text, voiceover, or original sound.
