Trade Fair Video • The format

The Trade Fair Video is ideal for your marketing. Present your latest products, show footage of your booth, explain your products and services. Easily generate reach, interest, and impact!

 

The presenter provided by your company should be able to speak clearly (German or English, etc.). He should be prepared in terms of content and timing to ensure that production runs smoothly.

 

You will receive the finished video within a week of the trade fair event. The final film has a maximum length of 6 minutes (recommended length approx. 2.5 – 4 minutes). You will receive a file via download link (MP4, Full HD, 1920 px x 1080 px). The video is suitable for uploading to your company website as well as YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. All media are licensed. Your company is granted worldwide and unlimited rights of use. All media remain my property. This means I have the right to use the recordings for my own advertising purposes.

 

All you need to provide

 • Filming location (hall/booth)

• Your company logo as a high-resolution PNG file (at least 1920px x 1080px)

• Details of a claim and the font to be used (optional)

• Details of CD colors as hex code

• Link to your company website and/or social media channels

• Name and company role of the presenting employee

• Approximately 45 minutes of your time on site – that’s all.

Trade Fair Video • The process on site

I will visit you at your trade fair booth at the agreed time. I will briefly go through the process and the products to be filmed with your employee in advance and will be happy to answer any questions. After the short briefing, filming will begin as follows:

1. Short welcome scene

• Your employee briefly introduces themselves and your company, thus introducing the product presentation.

• The scene is short and is intended to allow us to get started with the content – three short sentences are sufficient.

• This scene is accompanied by a caption in your CI color, showing the name of your employee, their role in the company, and the company name.

2. Product scenes

• Your employee shows and explains the first product. They explain the area of application, how it works, as well as the advantages, USPs, and benefits of the product.

• The product is also filmed separately in close-up and shown in more detail. The various features are also visualized in more detail here – if possible. These shots are then edited into your employee’s explanatory sequence.

• This point is repeated for each of the up to 5 products.

3. Closing scene

• Your employee thanks the viewer for their attention.

• They provide information on where the viewer can find further details (reference to the company website).

• They may mention contact details (phone/email).

• They may refer to the company’s social media channels.

• All data is, of course, displayed again.

4. B-roll

I shoot general footage of your booth, networking scenes, special features (such as DJs, foosball table, etc. – if available), visitors, employees, etc., general impressions.

Selbstverständlich werde ich innerhalb des vereinbarten Zeitrahmens Sequenzen mehrfach drehen, falls etwas nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert oder sich Ihre Mitarbeiterin bzw. Ihr Mitarbeiter verspricht. „Ähms“ und “Öhs”, Versprecher sowie andere störende Hintergrundgeräusche werden anschließend so weit wie möglich herausgeschnitten. Dem Ton wird dabei eine besonders große Bedeutung beigemessen. Alle Aufnahmen werden mit den professionellsten Tools entrauscht, im Schnitt „gesäubert“ und auf die richtige Lautstärke sowie einen perfekt ausgewogenen Sound abgestimmt.

Wir wissen: Ton transportiert einen großen Teil der Emotion und Professionalität – und genau davon erhalten Sie garantiert 150 %.
