Event Film • The format

Do you have a company event, presentation, or trade fair event that you want to film and capture? Professionally edited with a sophisticated look? Then the event film is the right format for you.

You will receive the finished video within two weeks of the event. The final film has a maximum length of 6 minutes (recommended length approx. 2.5 – 4 minutes). You will receive a file via download link (MP4, Full HD, 1920 px x 1080 px). The video is suitable for uploading to your company website as well as YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. All media are licensed. Your company is granted worldwide and unlimited rights of use. All media remain my property. This means I have the right to use the recordings for my own advertising purposes.

 

All you need to provide

• A short briefing

• A schedule of the event

• Possibly a filming location (hall/stand/congress room etc.)

• Your company logo as a high-resolution PNG file (at least 1920 px x 1080 px)

• Details of a claim and the font to be used

• Details of CD colors as hex code

• Link to your company website

If interviews or statements are to be included, I will need:

• The names, job titles, and companies of the protagonists—that’s all.

Event Film • The process

Before the event:
We conduct a short briefing. We can do this by phone or video conference. There are a few questions to answer here. You send us a schedule for your event. (At least 5 days before the event begins)

At the Event:
I will visit you at your event on the agreed date. I will briefly go through the schedule with your coordinating employee in advance. After the short briefing, the event will begin and I/we start filming.

 • Intro
– Simply animated logo over a long shot (or over CD color as BG/white or black)

– B-roll (general/thematic event shots)

 

• Shots of audience/visitors/networking

 

• Excerpts from product presentation(s)

 

• Original sound scenes/excerpts from lectures/statements/interviews

 

• Closing scene

– B-roll (general event footage)

– Simple animation of the company logo/possibly short B-roll sequences

 

Additional Information

Of course, I will shoot sequences several times within the specified time frame (if possible) if something does not work out or your employee makes a mistake. “Ums” and “uhs” as well as other background noise will then be edited out as much as possible. Great importance is attached to the sound. All recordings are then denoised using the most professional tools, “cleaned up” during editing, and adjusted to the correct volume and perfect sound. We know that sound sells a large part of the emotion and professionalism – you are guaranteed to get 150% of that.
