Product video • The format

This format offers everything you need to present your product or service. The clip is short, focuses on the essentials, and provides a good insight. For an additional charge of €200, it is possible to present another product. This makes the video slightly longer, but its total length remains at a maximum of approx. 3 minutes.

The presenter provided by your company should be able to speak clearly (German or English, etc.). He must be prepared in terms of content and timing to ensure that the production runs smoothly.

You will receive the finished video within a week after the trade fair event. The final film will be at least 1.5 minutes and no more than 3 minutes long. You will receive a file via download link (MP4, Full HD, 1920 px x 1080 px). The video is suitable for uploading to your company website as well as YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. All media are licensed. Your company is granted worldwide and unlimited rights of use. All media remain my property. This means I have the right to use the recordings for my own advertising purposes.

All you need to provide

 • Filming location (hall/stand)

• Your company logo as a high-resolution PNG file (at least 1920 px x 1080 px)

• Details of a claim and the font to be used (optional)

• Details of CD colors as hex code

• Link to your company website and/or social media channels

• Name and company role of the presenting employee

• Approx. 1/2 hour of your time on site – that’s all.

Product Video • The process on site

I will visit you at your trade fair booth at the agreed time. I will briefly go through the process with your employee beforehand and will be happy to answer any questions. After the short briefing, filming will begin as follows:

1. Product scene

• Your employee will demonstrate and explain the product. They will explain the area of application, how it works, as well as the advantages, USPs, innovations, and benefits of the product.

• The product will also be filmed separately in close-up and shown in more detail. The various features will also be visualized in more detail here, if possible. These shots will then be edited into the explanatory sequence provided by your employee.

2. B-roll

I shoot general footage of your trade fair booth, networking scenes, special features (such as DJs, foosball table, etc. – if available), visitors, employees, etc., and general impressions.

Additional Information

Of course, I will shoot sequences several times within the specified time frame if something does not work out or your employee makes a mistake. “Ums” and “uhs” as well as other background noise will then be edited out as much as possible. Great importance is attached to the sound. All recordings are then denoised using the most professional tools, “cleaned up” during editing, and adjusted to the correct volume and perfect sound. We know that sound sells a large part of the emotion and professionalism – you are guaranteed to get 150% of that.
